Das neue Jahr startet mit einem echten Kracher in Sachen Teamrider. Björn Dunkerbeck ist zurück bei Starboard Windsurfing – Welcome (back) to the DreamTeam.
Der 42-fache Weltmeister und lebende Legende unterschrieb bereits 2008 bei Starboard und gewann 2011 mit dem iSonic seinen letzten PWA Weltmeistertitel. Nach einem kurzen Abstecher ist Björn nun zurück und freut sich, wieder auf den gleichen Boards wie sein Sohn Liam unterwegs zu sein. Der 17-Jährige gilt als eines der größten Talente im Windsurfen, doch auch Björn selbst hat noch viel vor. Dies bewies er bereits im letzten Jahr mit Platz 3 bei der Lüderitz Speed Challenge.
